| A round of heavy rainfall is expected to develop this evening and last into the overnight hours, bringing repeated rounds of rain to increasingly wet soils. A stripe of 2 to 4 inches or more is forecast across parts of northeast Nebraska into western Iowa, with the flood threat increasing over the course of the night. |
