Pleasant conditions are expected today and Wednesday. By late Wednesday, the remnants of Tropical Storm Hermine will move toward Missouri. This system will move into Missouri early Thursday with the potential for heavy rainfall Thursday and Thursday night...mainly for areas along and south of Interstate 70.
